Due to the recent warming of the epidemic and the increase in the number of confirmed cases, in order to avoid the expansion of group infections, the whole country is working together to prevent the epidemic.
The company takes the following measures and adjusts them at any time according to the development of the epidemic.
Since 5/17 (Monday), the company’s epidemic prevention measures are as follows:
(1) Personnel access control
1. At the entrance of the office, the body temperature of the people entering and exiting is measured, and the body temperature reaches 37.5 degrees. You should seek medical attention immediately and prohibit entry.
2. Wear a mask all the way into the office, except for meals and drinking.
3. Reduce unnecessary meetings, and conduct meetings by video when necessary.
4. According to the development needs of the epidemic, implement alternative measures to respond to employee attendance, and adopt a home office mode to maintain smooth business operations.
5. Suspend colleagues from participating in various club activities to avoid the risk of group infection.
6. Visitor visits will be suspended during the epidemic prevention period
(2) Business alternatives
1. If the client manufacturer needs to handle physical affairs, please be sure to contact the company window or the undertaker in advance; if there is a need for business contact, please contact the business window by mobile phone, and business will be uninterrupted during the epidemic prevention period
2. If there is a confirmed need to go to the customer’s place, personal protective measures must be taken, wear masks, goggles and disinfection work, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention work specified by the government and customers
(3) Environmental Sanitation Management
1. For equipment that employees frequently touch, such as toilets, elevator buttons, door handles, stair handrails, dispatch rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, official vehicles, etc., wipe and disinfect from time to time.
2. Frequent entry and exit places (such as office lobby, elevator entrances, restaurants and external counters, etc.) should be equipped with appropriate alcohol or dry-cleaning hand soap for colleagues and business contacts.
3. Disinfect the office space every 2 weeks.
(4) Self (personal) protection measures
1. Take your body temperature daily and report the records to keep your hands clean
2. Maintain a safe social distance
3. Pay attention to respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette
4. Avoid going to crowded public places
5. Rest at home when sick
